Fairy oolong is grown in a sub-tropical monsoon climate in Hunan, China.
This tea is handmade with no rolling. It has rich floral smell of dry leave, rich jasmine, nutty notes in the first infusion with long sweet melon aftertaste.
Brew Time and Temp: Steep at 90°c for 2 mins for the first infusion, the leaves are good for up to 5 infusions.
