Origin: Houkeng village, Anhui. China
Has a long thin leaf, grown at an altitude of up to 700m above sea level. Renowned for its “two knives, one pole” appearance, consisting of two straight leaves clasping an enormous bud with white hairs. Leaves are green with red veins, with shoots as long as 15cm.
