The most famous green tea in China, this tea is handmade and as such is the very best example of its type.
Very distinct shape: Smooth, perfectly flattened along the side, achieved by highly skilled shaping in a hot wok. This technique has been perfected by tea masters over many centuries.
Origin: China Region: Xihu Lake, Zhejiang Province
Aroma: Vegetal, fresh-cut grass, spinach, distinct melon sweetness.
