This tea was named for its appearance, which was reminiscent of a sparrow’s tongue. It is a roasted green grown in various locations throughout South Korea, and is well known for its delicious roasted flavour.
Brew time and temp: Steep at 85°C for 2 -3 mins
50 grams will make approx. 25 - 30 cups
100 grams will make approx. 50 - 60 Cups
