Uses a traditional Chinese tea-scenting technique that dates back over 1,000 years. Made with tender spring-harvested green tea buds, hand-rolled and deeply infused with jasmine. Jasmine blossoms, which open during the evening, are layered amongst the tea leaves to impart their delicate fragrance.
Aroma:
Jasmine oral, apple sweetness, vegetal, fresh-cut grass.
Tasting Notes:
Mellow and refreshingly delicate with jasmine fragrance, apple sweetness, vegetal. It has a little astringency and a long aftertaste.
Recommended Brewing Method:
Leaf: 11⁄2 – 2 tsp (2.5 – 3g) per cup
Water: 80 ̊C
Time: 1-2 mins
