Grown in mid Taiwan at an elevation 700-1200 metres. Fermentation is approx. 65%. The leaf is picked after specifically been eaten by insects then roasted. The taste is mellow and has a unique taste and honey fragrance. Also known as Concubines tea.
Brew Time and Temp: Steep 4 mins at 85°c.
