The leaves of this green tea are rolled into a shape resembling gunpowder, hence its name. Gunpowder green tea tastes bold & lightly smoky, also lending to its name. Gunpowder tea leaves stay fresh longer than any other green tea leaves due to its compressed form.
Brew Time and Temp- 2 Mins at 75° - 85° C
Infusing for longer duration is definitely not for the faint hearted. We even have some fans of this tea that infuse it for much longer times and mix it with Matcha
