Smooth, bold black tea from the Dejoo estate.The Dejoo Estate is among the top ten estates in the Assam growing region.
Appearance- This Assam is full of golden tips and produces a rich red liquor.
Taste- It is full-bodied and malty like any classic Assam black tea, but lends a unique, creamy texture. The liquor is very smooth and sweet on its own, but also works well with milk.
Brew Time and Temp- Steep for 1.25 mins at 90° - 95° C
50 grams will make a approx 25 - 30 cups
100 grams will make approx 50 - 60 Cups
