What a hoot of a night.  We had some real personalities liven up the evening.  Definitely fun.

The Oolong workshop saw us all learn about the history and types of Oolong . then it was on to  tasting a range of teas and were introduced to two new additions. Gui Fei and Fairy Oolong.  At the end there was a practical exercise where Oolong infusing was the highlight of the evening.
